Closet.co.nz collects contact, account, design, order, payment-reference and communication information needed to provide quotations, manufacture products, arrange pickup or installation, support customers and meet legal obligations.

Information we use

We use supplied information to operate planners and accounts, save designs, process orders, communicate progress, prevent misuse and improve our service. Payment-card details are handled by the enabled payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Closet.co.nz.

Sharing and storage

Information may be shared with service providers involved in hosting, email, SMS, payments, manufacturing, delivery or installation, only as reasonably required. We take reasonable safeguards but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct personal information, unsubscribe from optional marketing, or ask questions by emailing sales@closet.co.nz. Some order information must be retained for legal, tax, warranty and dispute purposes.
